Made to Order All GERMÁIN pieces are produced on demand specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guides before placing your order. 

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted.
